Course Overview
Our Peer Support Workshop is a practical and engaging training session designed to improve workplace wellbeing by helping employees develop the skills and confidence to support colleagues facing stress and mental health challenges.
Originally designed in response to NHS staff needs during the COVID-19 crisis, this course has since become a key part of workplace peer support and wellbeing in the workplace training. Participants learn practical techniques for managing stress in the workplace, conducting supportive conversations, and building positive, outcome-focused solutions when colleagues are struggling.
By combining evidence-based techniques with interactive exercises, this course provides peer support training that promotes resilience, better communication, and improved team wellbeing.

This workshop is ideal for organisations that want to support staff and strengthen workplace mental health. It’s suitable for:
- NHS staff and healthcare professionals
- Workplace peer supporters and wellbeing champions

Experience level:
- No previous peer support experience is required
