Trauma Risk Management -TRiM- Practitioners - fully blended e-learning course
Our fully blended TRIM Practitioners course combines independent e-learning with virtual face-to-face interaction with our TRiM mentors, via MS Teams. Learners can work through the course at their own pace. At three stages they arrange a one-to-one virtual session with one of our experienced trainers, who take you through practical exercises. After each assessment they provide coaching and written feedback. This highly effective method of learning means that this is the only truly blended e-learning TRiM course out there and it has the following advantages.
- Learners do not have to come together at the same time to learn.
- They can study at their own time and pace.
- Face to face assessments are booked by the learner according to their own timetable. These can usually be provided at weekends and outside of normal working hours.
- They learn at their own pace and have time to prepare for assessments.
- They can pause training during busy periods and can restart when they feel able.
- They have access to administrative and technical support as well at to mentors if required.
- The course carries the same certification as the face-to-face training.
The course learning time is approximately 12-14 hours, which includes approximately three hours of practical exercise work with a mentor.
There are also several short online multiple-choice assessments to reinforce learning.
